PHP data Grabbing script ?

Hello im currently learning php and was wondering if it would be possiable to make a script that would go to "x" site and grab show info eg episode name description the script would then go to another site and grab the video. just wondering first if this is possiable and if it is how i would go about making it?

ok cool thanks i get that tutorial now, but how would i make it so the script would search the site and add x show and x episode then grab the video from the other site with the same episode name.

The link James Barcellano gave you is a good example. If you can't follow that link's instructions, then you need to work harder on learning PHP and come back to the link when you can.

 

i can do it but thats for one page i want to do it for every episode, there is thousands so i dont wanna do it manually, so is there a way a spider can grab go to the episode pages only?
