when will google bot find my back links??

I post about 20 topics from serveral EDU forums (PR 5-6) with do-follow attribute with my site links 1-2 days ago

Do you know when google will come and look at them??

Besides that, Why I try to search link:mydomain and I get no result??

I have many back links from many sites and google show that nothing, why!!!!

Try to get the page indexed. You can do this by posting a link from your site to the page where your links are waiting or use your sig link here or even ping the page to try to hurry things along a tad. But as with everything in life it will happen eventually on its own accord.

 

Google mostly does not show all back links to you. Its G strategy. Try some other tool to check back links. you will find your all back links.

 

when Google update the PR, your backlinks will be find.

 

Do not worry mate. Your links will soon be included in the google index list. link:domain name does not show the true picture. Subscribe to google alerts from your gmail account. You'll start receiving the listing of your links to your inbox daily. Check the cache date of your home page or others by typing cache:domain name in google search box.

 

You are right, Google has not yet updated it since more than a month now. Maybe they are planning to do it in the PR update.

Usually they do index pages once in two weeks, but this time they have delayed a bit.

 

When the bot crawls the pages your links are on again, they will be recognised, anytime in the next few weeks probably. Also the link: operator doesn't work anymore, go to webmaster tools to see your google backlinks

 

Backlink can be found regardless of PR and they may be found with no PR update.

To the OP google does not show all backlinks have you tried more robust tools.

Have you tried to use if anything is indexed by using.
site:mysite.com

 

Maybe google's indexed cache is not updated, or those page are not indexed in google.

 

Google sometimes takes around 2 weeks and sometimes 2 months. No one's sure of Google's Algorithm, all you can do is be patient, and wait and see

 

up to 3 month....

 

this is not known in date bu we know that googlebot is too fast and detect new pages very fast with respect to yahoo or msn

I would like to recommend you to install an add-on named "pingtomatic" on Firefox. It would be really helpful to click the button after your new posts. Of course, Google or other SEs would still need times to crawl those pages and pick up new links.

I just check the cache:domain anh it shows my sites in the first day. How can I update it manually??

 

Google is selective on links they would show as backlink for each site. (via link: operator) Google does update link information on each site everyday but only show them once in a few weeks from the latest update passed. The links you made by blog comment would be reflected soon but it may not passed much PR to your site since I assume there are also many links were being sticked on those page too.

 

When Google index that page your backlinks will be shown .. try some other tools to check backlinks because Google mostly does not show all back links to you

 

Be patient .. up to 3 months.
