Just using my stats since my last payment (February + March) as an example. Page impressions = 1,311,282 Clicks = 156 Page CTR = 0.01% Page eCPM = a few percent higher What can I do to improve that? Considering the amount of impressions I don't earn much from them.. I'm running a football message board.

Hi, A good ad placement is important. I've noticed a slightly decrease on my CTR, but I guess it's due to the fact that more people are "imune" to clicking on ads. I wish that I had as many impressions as you do though
I think the site has very little football ads from Google and click quite cheap. you should increase wages show ads that users easily see your ads
What is your membership count like? I think you can make much more money by charging $0.10 per month per member. Make yours into a PAID forum. How about that?
I have a banner at the top, next to the site logo and also at the bottom of the page. Sometimes, but alot of the time its dating sites, how can I get rid of them? Increase wages??? Whats that? Not an option!
What is your traffic source? The conversation rate would be higher if traffic comes from SE. Secondary, the ads placement is also vital to CTR. Try to improve on these two aspects and it probably will help.
