Logo Design Contest - $75

LOGO DETAILS:

* Logo for new company, Dash Web Consulting (site is not yet live)

* We would like for the design to convey the impression that a company will 'dash' to the top of the web. An arrow, a jagged upward moving line...your ideas are welcome.

* Logo may or may not include the text "Dash Web Consulting" or "Dash Web".


CONTEST DETAILS: Duration 3 days, ends Monday 22, noon EST.

* Logo must be vector with the output file (layered AI)

* Submit design entries for 3 days from the time stamp on this post.

* No entries via PM and no late entries.

* Winning design must be "FULLY LAYERED ILLUSTRATOR FILE"

* Payment is $75.00 via PayPal only.


RULES:

* Artwork must be "ORIGINAL" You must create the design yourself, which means no templates/clip art.

* When submitting your artwork to this contest we suggest you protect your design during the contest and remove it from thread after contest is completed.

* If chosen as the "WINNER" you agree to give me full rights to your design and you agree that you will not use this design for anything else or your portfolio.

* The 3 day deadline will be enforced as long as there are at least five entries. One person can submit as many entries as he or she wants.

* We reserve the right not to chose an outright winner. We are willing to work with the designer which comes closest to what we wants via revisions to conclude a successful creation.

* Please use no more than four colors.

Will this ever need to be produced in black/white only? Or can we just design without any restrictions (aside from the 4 colors).

its the default feature. so it will remain in public for ever.

You can remove the logo by deleting the picture from the image hosting site, if u use attachments you can delete them in your profile - settings - attachments

Thanks for all the great entries! We love the creativity, and have noted your name for future projects.

After a lot of debate, we like these concepts the best: sjsj215 - although we'd like to see the design be a little more compact, and masjacky - especially your first concept. If you could make the 'arms' a little straighter (one observer said they looked like tentacles), we'd like it better. Maybe they could turn into subtle arrows.

We can see these logos used in a variety of settings - on a business card, as a website header, etc.
