You titles seem a bit long. Google pays most attention to the first 15 characters. It will however read as far as 60-90 characters in. Also, having unique titles for different pages is a must.

First made some On page Changes. 1. Maximum recommended length for page titles is 70 characters, your current page title is 167 characters. 2. Your meta description should be no more than 150 characters, your current meta description is 238 characters. So i suggest to change this, and you are targeting very competitive keywords so you have to work hard for that, to get on top 10 position you have to increase your backlinks, so try to get some backlinks through Link Exchange, Forum Posting, Article Submission, Press Release Submission etc. Hope this helps you. Yeah, you have to shorten your home page title by like 55+ characters. I don't think that having a long title will have any negative impact, but it is pointless beyond 90 characters. And that's already pushing it.
