There are lots of website WC3 Validated while some are not. So, I want to know WC3 Validation effect website's SEO values. If so, then how much.
W3c is not effect on SEO if you site have 100% error so w3c will not effect on your ranking but Google effect on your site. google want clear HTMl errors he found error so give you ranking down that's why we solve first w3c arrors
The big wigs in SEO (Dan Thies, Leslie Rohde, etc) think that cleaner code is easier for Google to crawl. Pretty sure the whole Doctype and W3C stuff is recommended in Google's SEO guidelines also. Not sure about the other search engines, but I've noticed that my own sites with valid W3C Doctypes index faster and rank a little higher than my sites that haven't used Doctypes at all.
i agree with FrediDoo, it's always good to have an html and CSS valid website for multiple purpose including site value, appreance and even in page load.
This is an old example of Google having its own site not validating. So obviously, validation is not in the top 10 ranking factors for Google. So if your site displays ok in all major browsers - don't bother with W3C compilation too much. Spend that time building links instead.
Keeping error free code is always good for your website. You can find some websites that are not 100% error free but performing very well. Check Google.com for errors you will find some good results.
no it doesn't. no matter who says what, you will still see lot of sites ranking high but not passing the validation.
Good sites always keeping this validation for their benchmark site. It will reflect quality of our site.
Do you think if a website’s Code is WC3 validated code it will get higher priority or advantage from all competitor who don’t have WC3 validated code. Please give me your feedback.
It is extension of my query. I hope experienced users will reply. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
