    yah notepad++ or download 30 day dreamweaver trial for editing..

    theres also something called komposer its opensource, and I havn't tried it.

    dreamweaver is the best with many features. But if you are searching for something free. Netbeans is a good alternative.

    netbeans php is the best for me. I've ever used Aptana with PHP PDT plugin but i was not satisfied enough.
