Yeah i think its easy to sell homes or any kind of property... but may be it comes difficult at 1 point of time because the property are irremovable things so may be it gets difficult to cope up with it..!!

You'll still in a lot of personal contact, you're not going to be able to close deals online - the digital age is not at that point yet.

Online real estate sites are great to provide the details and photos- they are excellent point of reference but they are not deal closers. People still close such big ticket items offline.

It's hard to call it "sell homes online" but you can successfully "advertise" the properties to potential customers and give them all the information they need to know before visiting your office for a deal closure. That could save you from hiring extra people to do what a website could handle easily and efficiently.

    • Register your site in different sites directories to have links with description to your site.
    • Use Bookmarks and bookmark sites
    • Try Google AdWords to promote your business.
    • Advertise your business (your site) offline in local newspapers and etc.
    • Create directories and links on your site.

I would also say no, because I'm sure you're doin' good photos of the objects you wann sell, but in case of real estate people alwyas wanna see for real what they get. That's clear because I don't think you will sell any cheap stuff :)

But the people buying the homes still see it in person first don't they? They just browse for homes to check out online. I can't imagine anyone buying a home right off the Internet without seeing it in person first.

If you've ever been involved in a home purchase or rental, then what I'm going to say may sound familiar. It can be a frustrating experience visiting a home you're potentially interested to buy or rent only to realise that you don't like it and you've wasted time. A detailed online property presentation and a photo/video gallery can be a huge time saving factor worth implementing by the real estate agencies. Nothing can be easier than submitting property information for public access online. Buyers don't necessarily need to pay online but they will certainly appreciate if you provided all the information they require without leaving their homes.

For online advertisement,i would recommend you use craiglist for it.
I used to go there to find some real estate to invest in.

Are you actually trying to broker sales, or just doing photography?

When we talk about selling property there obviously there are some points which every one will get in their mind
You are in Canada and you want to sell the property :
People will need to have a trust , so have to create this by adapting any strategy
You must have a website and have proper website. And must have promotion of the website over the web at least in the local demography
These things might work best for you
