Bold keywords

The fact to put a certain keyword or phrase in bold tells the search engine that you place an emphasis on it. Naturally it considers these words or phrases to be more important than those in regular font, is this true

Yes this is truth because if you want to highlight your important keywords in your sites then you should use bold and h1 tag for highlighting of that keywords............

I've heard this rumor circulating for awhile now. I have not found any evidence that supports it though. Does anybody have anything they would like to share? My opinion though, that it is too easy for it to count. And I think we all can agree SEO is not easy.

It does help, but nowhere near as much as inbound links, Meta Title, and tags.

Absolutely agree. SEO is a big puzzle which should needs to be solved to see the big picture. It isn't about one thing or the other, rather a combination of a lot of factors.

Its doesn't matter that your title should be BOLD. Title should be small and attractive.

actually no, that would be considered over optimization. bold sections of text which include the targeted keywords.

evidence would be good but ultimately you should build the site for the visitor as much as possible... if bolding that keyword fits into the text well then great, if not, it could be annoying

I agree there is no proof of this. Google itself bolds keywords in the SERP snippets so will they bold yours also? If the content is relevant and well structured, then I don't believe bolding plays a huge role. It's just too easy.
