Yahoo messenger is safe to use.... as long as you do not accept downloads through it from strangers! Regards, RightMan
I am using yahoo messenger and I wonder why sometimes i can't log in. I guess its safe to use as long as you dont allow your friends to send files to you and you wont click links and images send to you through ym...
Yes its safe but don't share your credit cards or bank detail on any messenger. there is lot of messenger bots and theift programm running and can hang your information.
One of my friend told me that, hackers can access our system through yahoo messanger. Whenever you login to your bank accounts or any other important sites just log off from Yahoo messanger.
If you're sharing or using a public computer, don't forget to sign out your Yahoo Messenger. What I hate about YM is that, it can easily be affected with viruses, like sending links to your contacts or mail. It's pretty hassle because you wouldn't know it has virus unless your contacts tell you so. But generally, YM is safe to use.
It's safe... Hacking is always a possibility if you've got an insecure password however, as it is with everything online.
Yes it is safe to use but if some one is logging in your account then you would have shared your login details with some one or your nearby people would have seen the login details while you are logging in. Its better to keep your details personal without sharing with anyone. Also, its better to change your password every month.
Yahoo Messenger is not safe enough... especially if you have your business in your computer. Some of my friend said that there's some keylogger and spyware that can bypass YM security
Safe in what sense ?? Everything dynamic can be abused and misused, ongoing data transfer can be logged if a hacker really wants to, getting your your account hacked would just be an intention away. For general common web users yahoo is safe but if you are pitching it against hackers it is not.
Yes, any chat program is safe just as long as you only chat with your friends and you don't divulge private information to others.
