India - Bank Withdrawals working or not

Has anybody got money in ICICI bank?

lol news main they will keep telling about here for few days and then people will forget it.. what to do there is so much uneducated ppl in UP that people like her are choosen

I am using ICICI bank and got not Fund till today withdrawn on 11th.

 

wait i am also in the Q may be they are sending our cash by hand to bank cash deposit

Just got the funds to my HDFC Bank account.
Withdrawal was requested on 10th March, 2010.

While withdrawing funds from PayPal today, I have noted a strange thing.. In the last page of the withdrawal, where they ask us to check if every thing is fine otherwise to edit, I saw its written 'Account Type - Current' prior to the last four digits of my account number.

Why is it so? Is it normal? I have never noticed it earlier maybe because of carelessness or might be it was not there.

I hold a savings bank account and a verified premier PayPal account. I guess, it should have been 'Account Type - Savings' if its related to bank account.

Please shed some light on the issue.

 

Well, I got my money just now in my HDFC Bank.
So, no problem from PP.

 

No need to worry about that. Just ignore it. i have been seeing this, ever since paypal introduced bank withdrawals in india. In US, people use the name 'checking' for savings accounts.

 

yeah even I noticed that and had asked the same question on one thread. Some DPers responded that earlier also it was like this ...........

just got paid in my ICICI for withdrawal requested on 12th March

 

still waiting for the payment in my ICICI bank account ! I guess will have to wait till tommorow
