Paypal limitation resolve option

    Dear, Friends, I need a help that one of my friends paypal account want some 2 resolve option but i did not understand that what have to do that. I have sending that screenshot. Please help as written above. Thank You !

    I am suffering with the same and I have submitted the information asking by the paypal but my account is still limited from 1st march. When I have asked about this to paypal here is the answer what they said:

    Thank you for inquiring as to how to restore access to your account.

    PayPal is constantly working to ensure security by regularly screening
    the accounts in our system. We recently reviewed your account and need
    more information to help us provide you with secure service. Until we
    can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features
    will be limited.

    To return your account to regular standing, please complete the
    checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on
    the link provided on the "Account Overview" page.

    The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for
    Details."

    Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team
    will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the
    review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received.

    We regret any inconvenience, and we would like to restore your access as
    soon as possible.

    Please do not respond to this email, as responses to this message will
    not be answered.

    if you had already send and fill the form and then wait .. paypal sometime didnt understand even if you explained the truth.
    your case is just like my old case. do you have yahoo messenger id ? maybe i can try to help you out if paypal not yet decide it release or closed permanent.

    Can Paypal closed my account for permanent with my 2000$ balance. I am too much worried about please help me to come out from this problem.

    of course they can. they concern about negative transaction activity such money laundry and else.
    but dont worry about the fund in it, even paypal closed your acc you still may to withdraw your money after 180 days.
