Adwords and Adsense together = doing arbitrage?

Guys, I would like to know if you ever tried doing Adwords- Adsense arbitrage and if it works at all? For those who don't know what it is:

You put Adsens on your site/blog and at the same time you advertise your page(where you placed adsense) using Adwords campaigns. If you pay less for Adwords clicks then Adsense pays you it's when you profit

    You won't profit.
It's specifically against Adwords ToS, and Google puts obstacles in your way to make sure it's too expensive to be worth doing.
If you got into it 5 years ago, have a well-established site with hundreds and thousands of visitors, and know how to use both adsense and adwords inside out then you may be making money from it.
If you're thinking of trying this kind of arbitrage now, forget it, you missed the boat. You will lose money if you do it.

Run the numbers. Logically, arbitrage cannot work and never has.

Besides, Google now gives a poor landing page quality if it even sees one little ad on your landing page.

I still do it successfully, however it was alot easier 5 years ago. You've got to find a niche where you can find CHEAP traffic, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days.

This concept was popular 5 years ago and is well known. It died a death, Google saw to that. They want quality experiences for their users, not sending them to pages full of ads. It was hard to make work then, i suspect its incredibly hard now.

But google will ban you ultimately, as google dont like adwords traffic, and they ban you surely for voilating terms.

I used to do this full time back in 2004. Made hundreds of thousands of dollars in fact. Can't really do it these days. Too many regulations and checks in place to do it now. Also used to do it when YPN first came out.

Stick to one as they serve different purposes. You will be in loss if you mix up both.

Or you can try with Yahoo Sponsored Search for lower cost per click. But quality can suck too.

You'll pay whatever that one click cost.
£10 is the maximum you'll be charged in one day

(except that it's a bit more complicated than that, because although you set a daily budget, it's averaged out over a month, so you may be charged up to 20% more on one day, but it'll average out over the month to not have been more than £10 a day)
