    I'm looking for a quick sale of my site.

    It was a hard decision to put it on sale but, unfortunately, life is so cruel and I desperately need some money.
    This site is more than 2 years old, not monetized.
    Theme on Tutorials007 is unique and made specially for Tutorials007 (worth $250).

    I have also 2 photoshop tutorials written on my pc which just need to be published and submitted to tutorials listing site - traffic will jump for 200-250 UV per day after they get listed.
    1 post not yet published named (100 Excellent Logo Designs)

    To run this site you need approx. 1 hour a day if you want to maximize it's revenue and traffic.
    I would suggest to keep posting freebies found on net and some inspirational posts, as well as tutorials.
    If you don't have knowledge in photoshop to write tutorials you can always find people to write them for you.

    As you can see by the screenshots it's good ranked in SE.

    Thank you. Yes all the articles on site are unique. I had adsense runing on site and I was earning between $50 - $150 per month. I got banned from adsense and since then I do not use it. But I would recommend using buysellads to monetize.
    I also sold some sponsored posts, text links worth $400 which are expired now, and removed. Made some affiliate sales. Etc.
    I never really made that site to earn from it, I made it for me. I had plenty of other earners.

    Server is currently down, host managers are doing everything what they can to get it back up.
    I forgot to mention buyer will also receive twitter account with 21 follower and facebook fan page with 120+ fans.
