The site is set up using a special Wordpress theme with a static front page and attached blog. The site is new, but set up and search engine optimized, plus monetized with several Clickbank products and an amazon storefront. The site comes with the domain, theme (with documentation), all research data (used Market Samurai) and I would sell it for $225. I would also be available to set up the site on your Hostgator hosting account.
