Yeah that could be the case, especially in today's market. Times sure have changed when a domain name alone could have so much value. I find it quite common nowadays when people have very good domain names and get the same response where the most people would consider paying is the registration fee. However, I was just curious and thought I'd ask, I do believe it's a very good name and if developed could do quite well with SE's having good keyword density.
