That depends on what service are you offering .
You said :

This means, you are offering good information related in medicine and health (or in that country, people's health isn't that good , kidding)

I started my site with forum. forums get good traffic for your site but it needs too much times may be 15 hours a day
for at least 2 years.later I created full dynamic website. now 70% of my users use forum and remainders read articles...

Its reallly a goood Traffic but keep increasing day by day.....but one think in my side traffic is important but what is a effect of your business its very important for you...

 

10k visits are amazing ,as your blog is related to health niche its better to earn from adsense because helat related keywords are highly payable by the google
