Paypal Debit Card?

    No, thats a debit card. :) Which you can use to withdraw money anywhere in the world. But thats only for US account holders.

    Wrong :) Paypal provide Debit card as well as Credit card in the USA. Debit card without much info but Credit card, only after verification etc.

    PayPall debit card is now for US, Canada and U.k. - even if you have a p.o. box forwarding address, you can still get one...

    I've used mine out of the country. I think you need to be IN the U.S. to obtain it, but once you have the card you can use it anywhere.
