    Hi guys

I have many AdWords account by using adwords vouchers. Is this okay to promote same domain but different urls in different accounts? Or AdWords don't allow to promote same domain in different accounts. What is policy regarding this?

You can promote same domains in different accounts but multiple accounts can not be live at the same time advertising on the same keywords.

Binho is correct. Don't use multiple accounts with the same domain at the same time.

What if I cancel old AdWords account and then promote same site/url in new account? Is this okay?

Before you try that, I would first delete all campaigns from the old account.

Hmm, good, delete all campaigns from old account and then cancel account and move to new account. Is this safe?

Well, the worst what might happen IMO is that they pause or cancel your newly created account and the money in that account will be frozen.
If that is an acceptable risk, it is safe...?!

No problem, I am using free hosting vouchers and disposable cards for these accounts. So mine actual cost per account is almost 50$. 50$ is not too high to take risk. :)

Just make sure you don't use the Adwords login for Adsense, because then your Adsense earning$ might be frozen as well...
