The site looks very busy... as in - information overload.

However, I commend you on your ad placements - they're hard to miss.

hey man... i think your website needs a very clear concise statement as what it is actually there for, why have people come to this site, why they should continue to come to your site. i think the user journey is confused at your homepage, and users will probably be overwhelmed by the amount of information and lack of clear navigation.

looks good. one suggestion though, in the header instead of running text ads, run image ads. apart from that everything looks okay to me. cheers.
