If you are talking about the blog in your signature, maybe the problem is you don't have enough traffic for ClickBank ? Also your AdSense placements are not optimized. If traffic is low then focus on AdSense and optimize your ad placements you ll start earning.
I don't use blogger.com - all my sites are hosted on my own hosting account and powered by Wordpress. I make USD 500+ every month from Adsense.

Add content daily. You get loads of traffic from Google when you do that even without any back linking and other things.
Because Blogger.com is hard to optimize, hard to position ads, not enough widgets available. I like Wordpress most and anything is possible with Wordpress power.
Although I would never invest any time/effort in a blogger blog (just because it's hosting on 3rd party platform), I disagree with your statement where you said hard to position ads. Well I think you can place your ads anywhere you like on blogger just like any WP blog.
Yes Like Dannyboy said you can do ad placements just like do you in WP. Maybe not too many plugins like WP have but not everyone use those plugins. Now blogger support Amazon ads lot better than WP does. Also if you are talking about wordpress.com you can do none of those things, ads or plugins. Also You can Optimize a blogspot blog without any trouble at all.

I earned about 100USD/mo with adsense in my blogger blog. But, in the beginning of this month blogger has blocked my blog. Huh... I consider to don't use it for my new blog from now on. It had better to use paid hosting services, my own hosting and domain.
