Selling 5 personal sites for sale

I have way too many sites and I just can't keep up or promote them all so I'm going to sell some off. Here are the first 5 I would like to sell.

The site has made a few sales over the last year and it is PR1 it also has 799 backlinks in altavista. SIte sells the "serp script" currently priced at $7.95. It really needs to be redone to produce better sales.

Very easy to remember one word .com that is 5 years old. Its a very useful tool site. Listed in google as well.

www.flashtemplatesforsale.com $25
as you might expect the site sells flash templates (sales 50 for $9.95), likely needs to be reduced in price.

www.isocialbookmark.com $20
neat social bookmark site

www.trickortwit.com $20
never finished this site, but good name for twitter. Likely change this to a different twitter site on monday which is more instructional(sells ebook). Will try to change it out before I leave the office today.

Sites have never been promoted (thus the problem) so no real traffic to speak of. Names are all at enom, so after paypal payment I will push to enom/enomcentral only a push and only there. Accounts and pushes are free and should you want to transfer you will have complete access(makes it very simple). After the push I will send FTP and cpanel data. Check whois for dates.

Where did you get all the scripts for that toolblade.com domain?

And what exactly does the serpscript program do? The website doesn't really explain it at all.

I hardly believe it as I've seen that script being sold here in DP before, just can't remember which thread.
Although I remember 1 site who did use the same script with some modification.

The OP/sitegiant doesn't say he/she made the scripts from what I can see, where are these accusations coming from please, seems a bit unfair to me as the OP/sitegiant has not stated anything false from what I have read!

I am sure sitegiant will quite openly state they are scripts available elsewhere when he/she gets to read this thread next.

 

What kind of right go with the flashtemplatesforsale.com site? Are there any fees or other that need to paid in order to resell the sites currently on the site? Thanks

Revelations-Decoder, OP replied to guniwan's question right before my post there claiming he created the script. Which is why I post my message above.
The only person who can verify that OP did reply are mods since they can still see the deleted reply.

Not sure my post got deleted, but no I didn't write the scripts nor did I claim to. SItes are turnkey as in not unique thus the pricing.

Seems strange to me you came and said exactly what I thought you would say, yet previously others have gone on the attack for no apparent reason. Is there some history/background here - like some previous disagreements that this thread does not reveal?

Have all been sold

Revelations-Decoder my last post was deleted where it said that I never said I wrote the script, but I did also mention my frustration with the thread. I am not aware of any history from the posters in the thread. Been on the forums for loike 6 years now and things like this just seem to happen at times no matter how hard to work to avoid them.

 

I have purchased sites from sitegiant before and found him to be the most helpful and honest guy ....
