hello i found an unregistered domain with 170.000 exact global searches / month and 40.000 usa searches. but the cpc is below 1 $ and most of the advertisements on the websites that target the word are completely unrelated garbage . should i buy it, develop it to get some adsense money or it will be a waste of time ???
how do you know the advertisements are unrelated garbage? And having < $1 CPC isn't bad if you can have the traffic to offset that fact
ok all the info i had are from google adwords keyword tool. then i searches google for the keyword then opened some of the websites that ranked. i found that all the ads are not related at all which means that there is no related ads to be displayed... also the domain evaluation at estibot and valuate gives me 10$ only although the very high search volume which means that the ads prices are too low. last thing will be easy to rank with a( dot info) domain containing the same keywords or i will have to fight hard as usual????? and this is the most important question as i am planning to build microwebsites over a keyword domains i own so i want to know will it be hard to rank with the little effort i can offer in medium to high competition keywords for example how to fight (dot) info 60.000 exact turkey chili dot net 30.000 exact Washington dc car rental (dot) net 30.000 exact but wow cpc ......extreme competition
Domain evaluation bots, site evaluation bots and sites are worthless. DO NOT use them. .info will not give you any disadvantage or advantage in ranking, and .com will be better because it just looks nicer.
ok i agree with the first part of your answer i know that .the tld have very low effect on ranking and .com id nice but reserved for sure even .net and .org are registered from a long long time..so .info is the last available. what i am asking about if i developed a microwebsite over this domain (3-5 pages) and make a little link building in a week or so will i be able to rank for this word with that high search volume just because i got the words in my domain??
well the other sites are already taken, so if they're on page one already, I'd say no. But the Domain name makes a MASSIVE difference in keyword ranking.

reg in godaddy and try its a 1$ reg so u can have an experiment which may helps with your future domain registrations
My suggestion would be to find a better TLD and to try and SEO that domain. Why buy that domain if you can rank higher than it with your own? If it's a .info it definitely shouldn't be that hard to outrank.
