Contest $50 Logo for my company who will be mainly doing eCommerce business !

Hi

I am looking for a Logo for my company "Shri Karni Marketing" , The company will be mainly engaged in selling items online. So the logo should be in accordence with the latest trends

You can use following in the Logo a. a trishul [en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trishul_(weapon)] b. an abstract rat

Logo should have only two colors, and needs to be simple yet impressive

The winner will be paid $50.00 and we will be using that logo for our business purpose. we will be paying the user by paypal (fees will be covered by us)

Working on this for you. Can you elaborate on the trisula & rat? Do you want them both in the logo or seperate?

 

You said in 2 colors only, so here it is in black & white. and i will create a second logo.

When you cut the background it will be one colour (black).

 

why would u "cut" the background ? it will always be with a background.
even if u put it on a website without a background there will be still a background from the website
so i dont rly know what u mean

i dont think so. This is the sign of the trishul. Are you going to make up a new sign of the thrishul or something ?
if it looks good it doesnt matter if its ripped off the first page or the last page

 

He's not saying about the sign. The logo that got ripped of looks very similar to yours even in the typography. So do the math.

I think what he's getting at is the fact they're looking for a logo (company identity) and those look to be other people's interpretations of a trishul.

im not saying i didnt get it from google im sayin that if it looks good it doesnt matter if i got it from google or some other planet or galaxy
there was no copyrights on the image so i assume i can use it for any purposes i want

Nothing on it means no copyright law? Are you kidding me? Does that mean the Nike swoosh has no copyright/trademark?
Oh and since you asked, copyright law is AUTOMATICALLY given to the originator or a piece of work. So unless explicitly stated as otherwise a piece a of work ALWAYS has copyright.
