Bestway to transffer 450-500USD from india to USA- Paypal or direct?

Hello,

I need to pay 450-500USD to my friend who is coming from USA.

I've premium verified paypal account indian and my friend has USA verified paypal account.

Can you tell me best method to transffer 450-500USd to his paypal?
As it's personal payment and paypal has disabled personal payments from and to india, which method i shd use to transffer with no or monimum fees? How much fees will be added in this amount transffer?

And after transffer, any charge if he'll withdraw this amount from his paypal to his USA bank?

I don't think we can transfer fund from India without any fees now.
if he has US Paypal account ask him whether he says anything like us (<= 6999.00 fees Rs. 50/- ). I guess they don't charge anything.

you cant send money to outside india via western union . i think bank transfer is the best method. contact your bank for fees and details

 

Tried to send 477 USD but paypal ate 18.** USD.
Paypal is taking much fees.
I'll preffer to give via conversion of ruppe to USD.

477USD*40paisa/100= 200INR extra only.
