I've decided to get back into CPALead. I signed up back when it was still very new. Good to see its come a long way, the new control panel looks great too.

I have submitted the online form. Just wondering, how long does it usually take to get reviewed?

I'm having trouble implementing the downloadable eBook script in images. It says to 'Copy/Paste the following script into an image or an input button tag' which I've done but nothing happens when the image is clicked on. I'm obviously missing a step or two but I don't know what. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

If you have successfully followed the instruction on cpalead.com , it could be another script on your website thats messing it up. Do you have other javascript implemented?

I'm not sure if there is other javascript on the page. I don't think there is but if there is then it's part of the theme/template. I've tried it with two different themes and it doesn't work on either one.

I'm using the CPAlead Wordpress plugin for the main gateway and I'm inserting the Onclick Event Source script in the image tag. Is this correct?

I've also tried not using the main gateway script at all and only inserting the Onclick Event Source script in the image tag but that doesn't work either.

Should the image be linking to a website or should it just be the image...or ?

You need to wrap link tags around your image and then insert the code into the link

the unlocker disappears and wont reappear for the user until the set time you have set for access to your content.

Thanks stefanlyl. Unfortunately I'm still doing something wrong because it's still not working. I added the Onclick Event Source code to the image tag and I've added it to the link tag but nothing happens.

I added it like this <a href="#" onclick="startGateway('GATEWAY CODE');" ><img src="yourimage.jpg"></a>

I've also tried it like this <a href="#" onclick="startGateway('GATEWAY CODE');" ><img src="yourimage.jpg" onclick="startGateway('GATEWAY CODE');" ></a>

And I've tried it like this <a href="#" "GATEWAY CODE" ><img src="yourimage.jpg" onclick="startGateway('GATEWAY CODE');" ></a>

Is there supposed to be a link in place of the # in this <a href="#"

Sorry for the slow learning curve. I'm usually a little faster at figuring things out, or at least following directions.

You lie like no other. Everyone who post in this thread with a bad experence with cpalead you claim is the competitor. You guys scrub us period. You yourself have said in your CHAT countless times that your advertisers like to scrub you guys as well. I'll start taking screenshots of the chat where all your publishers are saying offers arent giving them earnings, Because you guys aren't fair. New people who join your network you will leave them alone for about 3 weeks then you will begin scrubbing them, and they will ask wtf is going on and you always fire back to its your traffic, which you know is just a lie on your part.

and once again you said if we was scrubbing we wouldnt have a chat so everything is out in the open, if this was true Troy why do you ban people who say they are being shaved or scrubbed in the chat?
if everythings suppose to be in the open why cant concerns and issues like this be discussed. Oh and one last thing You're always saying "look at our Alexa rank" you noob.
Your Alexa rank is high because your gate script uses cpalead.com so all your publishers who have it on thier site drive traffic dirrectly to cpalead.com thus you having higher alexa rank noob.

If your publisher leave and join another network their ALEXA rank will increase. You seem to think everyone of your publishers are stupid, and you guys can scrub/shave and no one will notice or say anything about it. Your company isn't crap with out the publishers you have, the publishers you cheat when you feel the need.

Also the split is like 50/55 in their favor, I've never seen a network be that greedy. And they will deny this also but look into you can find those offers they have on other networks and the payouts are doubled if not tripled in alot of the cases.

Anyone who is in the chat alot can recall about a weak ago a survey called "HOW DUMB ARE YOU"
payout was 10.00, Well alot of people were complaining they was not being credited for this offer when it was completed. Users even had family members in other homes complete it with their cells, They was charged the fees but the publishers were not credited with the earnings.

Troy said in chat That he will look into it because that "advertiser" like to mess with them alot.
Then ANOTHER cpalead employee says ya our advertisers like to scrub us like crazy sometimes.

Well then the next day the payout on HOW DUMB ARE YOU dropped to 4.88 and all of sudden it is converting and people are getting creditted.

Troy if you dont like people telling how it is then stop being dishonest to your hard working publishers and be fair. Stop scrubbing us.

Why am I suddenly not able to post in the chatroom? Yesterday the requirement was $25, now it's $70? What the hell is going on?

And I have people doing lots of different surveys, and none of them are converting into leads. CPALead is having lots of problems, and it's unfair that people are wasting their time and getting nothing in return. You are the ones that should be dealing with the advertisers, we should not be submitting to advertisers who refuse to pay. If you are getting scrubbed, you need to deal with it. You can't put the negative outcome on the publishers and ultimately the users. I am trying to run a fundraiser using CPALead, but what's the point if none of the surveys are converting?

To those of you who need advice on which CPAlead surveys are the highest converting, I would like to suggest the following:

Which Jersey Shore Character Are You - Converting at 24% network wide - Roughly 1 in 4 clicks will turn into a lead.

Which Simpsons Character Are You? - Converting at 20% network wide - 1 out of 5 clicks will turn into a lead.

If you have high traffic, we suggest running:
Take the IQ Challenge - Pays out over $9 and has an EPC of 43 cents network wide. That means on average, publishers receive around 43 cents a click.

Always remember, CPAlead has the best deals with incentive CPA advertisers, because advertisers fight for our traffic.

Feel free to compare any of our competition on Compete.com. Then ask yourself, why would any of these advertisers give them a better deal than us?

I can personally guarantee you that we do not scrub, nor will ever scrub, or even steal anyone's niche and reproduce it for our own benefit. I have heard the horror stories about the other networks (you know who you are), this is why they are not successful and why we continue to grow. This is what sets us apart.
