Is this type of Placement Allowed? Please Review

    Please review lovelypk . com . I have placed 1 link unit in movable table. I don't know if it's allowed by google or not. It's not popunder, or popup.

    Its not really distracting and i agree that its a long ways from being a pop-up...but I think its kinda pushing the envelope. Since its a little gray, I woudl suggest emailing Google and asking them about it.
