As long as you're sticking to the facts, I think you should be fine. Just don't say things like; "If you buy a BMW it will explode within two days."
BMW does not really care unless your site is on top 100 and you appear on their radar screen. You can also appear on their radar scree if you're bad mouthing them.
You have to be prepared to give it up if BMW contact you - i.e. take the site offline quickly Never forget that you have no right to use a trademarked name like BMW They may stop at a "cease and desist" notice if you comply quickly - but who knows
Using copyright content is an Adsense violation, not sure if they view it the same way for trademark violation. Personally I wouldn't bother as the site can be closed down in the blink of an eye and all your previous effort has been wasted. If you are unlucky you may also get sued for any profits you made...
