insetad of using adsense, you should go with a service that pays more CPM

Made me laugh, but I do have sympathy with the OP. In the past I created a site and made precisely zero over a three year period (never broke minimum payment threshold) of course back then I knew less than I do now. Not saying I am an expert, far from it. It is just that you learn from mistakes if you stick at it.

 

student loan is nice one, but much compition.

 

i believe this high paying niches are good buy it needs a lot of backlinking so that you can go #1 on Google search. It can be done though. The best way is to start with low competition then go for the higher competing keywords..

Sounds good; but can you get the traffic?

 

For high traffic website, go for the "lyrics niche".. You can put Adsense Ads and links to your music store or something like that. It can earn more and provide more revenue if you like that niche.

 

wow..it's High Revenue, but not easy to make the contents

 

they are having lot of competitions too so u wont get that much money for single click

 

I think niche general like health, mesothamia, cancer and loan keyword still great..

 

try this niche : jewelry,real estate and automotive...

 

Any niche will work if you promote well and drive more traffic to your site.
