Payment information help

    As some of you may know I posted a thread a few days ago about my adsense account getting banned. well I created a new one and google gave me second chance. And itsaid in order for me to edit my payment details and all that crap I must have 10$ in my total balance. Well yesterday i recieved 15$ and today
    I recieved my 14$ but I still cant edit my payment information. Why is that?

    Maybe You just have to wait until You get $100, if You still having problem I guess You can ask google about that
