Both Google buzz and Yahoo buzz are different n works different.....dn't mixx thm yahoo buzz( buzz.yahoo.com/) and buzz in gmail.

It was a very old project of Google, which I am sure they have kept it in a recycle bin.. I guess they are still working for some amendments in that feature, thatz why we have not heard about it a lot.
Even they tried to get their hands on a successful social networking website, google seems struggling to get a good, famous one. buzz, orkut etc all are a failure IMO. I'm sure they will love to have facebook under their name.
The problem with google is that it doesn't know when to quit. If I were them i would focus on core technology products and not dabble so much in other areas which thy clearly can't hope to compete in. Buzz is a prime example
Google should pay media to say how jaiku is better then twitter and problem solved After all facebook and twitter is now biggest only because media give them so much space otherwise they would be same thing as other sites.
