page rank with redirects Does it transer fully

hey,

Question: If I create a section of my website say jfseostudio.com/blog and then later on after it gets some good page rank I want to redirect it to another domain say jfmerch.com . My Q is... would all of the pagreank spill to the new domain or just one vote? Lets say the pagerank for the blog is 5 would it all spill to the new domain or just one pr 5 vote?
