well you can use flag image to redirect pages. also there are more good flag icons you can use..
its very basic design ans simple// why dont you make it more colorful and attractive

 

not bad -- don't forget your website headers... as I forget where I'm at as I dig deeper into the site.

 

I couldn't dig deeper into the site. None of the flags were linked. Maybe you are having functional difficulties since walking stick had a look. The page looks ok for what it is.

 

Good uncluttered design. Would recommend linking the actual flag images as well as the video thumbnails.

I don't really get though why someone would go to this site over just going to YouTube or searching Google Video. What's the value proposition?
