That's a HUGE NO! You'll get banned straight away. Don't even try, you'll get banned within hours!

Definitely, but for about 90% of Adsense publishers, you're asking WAY too much unfortunately :(

Better read Google TOS carefully. Or you will use your AdSense account.

And remember, if your account is used for other websites, everything will be lost!. Having the Account banned means you can't create a new one, even if you have a new totally legal website. Google terminates the contract with you as a Person and not your Website, meaning you as a PERSON will be banned from AdSense, which makes it really hard to sign up again. Of course you can get a new IP Address, E-Mail and and Website. But at some point you want to cash your money and then all the details need to be correct, or else you won't be able to cash your check.

I have seen adsense ads on sites that violate google's TOS. Not too sure how strict google is with the criteria. I don't think they are able to police the entire internet.

Clicksor Adverts allow illegal sites, but they are bs to use and do illegal stuff themselves. Every now and then embedded JS Trojan scripting into the advertings.
That's why most people end up getting infected while pirating content. People giving stuff for free, then expecting to get payment for it...

ps. Clicksor should be shutdown, don't use them, but there are others out there which just don't care.
