Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

If the bank has a IFSC code then you could withdraw!

 

Even managers working in top banks do not know about paypal. So the question you should ask to your TN Mercandile Bank manager is whether it supports Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and whether it has a IFSC code?

Yep did same and got into my account and its working fine

 

I have sent them the mail and they replied that i need to make a call and then they can assist on the PAN card issue.

But i guess the problem is because of the name conflict.

The name in PAN card must be exactly same that is in paypal. In my case that is little different. In paypal i didn't add surname.
One of my friend has successfully entered the PAN number.

I guess paypal will allow me to make the change in my name.

One more thing that they are pulling the PAN card information form the indian pan card site for cross checking.

I got 2 small deposits from Paypal. I followed instructions given by here to enter into my account. After then i entered the 2 small deposit details sent by Paypal. Now its has been confirmed my bank account by paypal. I am very happy. Does it shows, that i don't have any hurdles further to withdraw money to my bank account ?

So far so good for you. But it's not going to last for long . . . soon you will find that they have fixed that loophole. RBI has made it sure that they can monitor each and every transaction whenever they want. However, I don't ming providing the PAN since they and the IT Dept. has access to my bank account already ( via my PAN ). Now they have come up with what seems like a full-proof system.

The bottom-line: Pay taxes if you don't know how to survive without paying them.

 

paying taxes is fine as long as these idiots allow our work/businesses to function in a normal fashion - and PayPal is integral to that.

 

They accepted my PAN Card straightway. No problem at all.

 

This step would only give you temporary reprieve.... as I do not think you would be able to complete a withdrawal request... successfully, without a PAN number... from hereon!

Successfully added PAN and Phone Number in my account.
I think this is a logical step and should've been implemented long ago. We might not faced that reversal and withdraw issue we had on February.

 

I just now called paypal support team, a lady picked up the call and made me wait for 5 min. She came back and suggested me a workaround that we all know right now. She told me to click on Paypal logo at the top and that should take you to your account. She also told that if it doesn't ask you for PAN during withdrawal then it's nothing to worry.

 

Bhai, My withdrawal is still pending since yesterday last 2 days as I have not submitted the PAN card.
Clicking on the "PayPal" logo on top is just a temporary solution. You will not be able to withdraw without submitting the PAN card details

 

Is anyone facing such problem ?

 

Hey you people are alarming me Could any of you who has withdrawn money since last 2 days - get the money or the status "Completed"?

 

Lets hope this doesnt blow into our face like last month. I have a reall problem as my pancard has my grandfather / father / my name and my paypal account has just my name. Not sure how paypal is going to handle this mess it has landed itself / us in.
Keeping my fingers crossed as I just made a withdrawal.
