Is that hits from organic searches? If they are finding you, then you are not sandboxed.

    Is it manunitedzone.co.uk?

Good choice by the way ;-)

You can do it like that "site:domain" on google, if your site appeared on the first.

How old is the site? Are you doing anything suspicious such as buying/selling links?

I think you need not be worried about being sandboxed, continue working on increasing your backlinks mainly..it will do good if you can bring link from some good PR sites.

site:yourdomain.com will show you all your indexed pages.
site:yourdomain.com/* will show you all indexed pages that are not sandboxed.

    No you are not sandboxed.

As a general rule I google the domain name. In my experience sandboxed domains are not usually the top result when googled.

In you case I googled "manunitedzone" and your site came up first which leads me to believe you are not sandboxed.

A sub-domain cannot be sandboxed. blogspot.com has been around forever and is a pretty trusted domain.
