If you guys look at the CH's profile you'll notice they haven't even logged in since the 20th. So it may just be a personal obstacle that has detained them from being able to announce a winner yet. Also notice their Excellent iTrader scores, I doubt they would deliberately chance a bad reputation after such great feedback so far. Let's not be to quick to jump to conclusions. I'm sure when they get a chance to log in again they will update the thread.
