I have CornerKicks.com - A 10 year old domain name, never dropped with a basic site on it, and had a professional appraisel at afternic, that came back at 3,000 USD. I listed it for sale on flippa, got an offer of 700 bucks and i turned it down, maybe i was been too greedy? Anyhow, now that i need some more funds for my beasty marketing plan you have a chance to bite my hand off!

I never sell shit, nor do i associate myself with shit, so believe me when i say your getting a fantastic opp and a real bargain!

The first person to offer me $380 or closest to the mark gets it! And as i'm in such a good mood i'll throw in 1,000 PR1,PR2,PR3,PR4 and a few pr5 do follow links on blogs with some software i have (i have scraped like over 80,000 PR urls with it) about 90% do follow.

This is a great domain, and the site is decent for now, but $380 is a big number for that site, I have many domains that are appraised for very high amounts, but that doesn't mean anything when it comes to a sale

 

Great domain, would purchase if i had the cash, can offer you $150.

 

I would have taken the $700 offer if I were you. Hope you get a better deal here!

Seriously though, if i didn't need the cash for other projects i would have held onto the domain for some time and developed it. It has a lot of authority so with minimal promotion it would rank well and very high, plus as most of you can see, it's very brandable.

 

Ouch, a $700 offer and you declined? I love the domain, but I dont have the cash, sorry.

 

I don't understand why the domain is so good. Where is the value? The appraisal is really vague and ultimately something is only worth what someone would pay for it.

Yes that is because in the Flippa listing we were also offering 3 extra football domains and some blog commenting for a BIN.
