Sorry to hear your bad news, Judd. Hopefully, you'll do as well (and better) with the other services than you did with AS.

Maybe it's my imagination but it seems like we're hearing a lot more reports of G closing AS accounts.

I've read that G audits accounts when they reach the point where a payment is to be made. I guess (in Google's mind anyway) it's a waste of their time to do the audit until money is about to change hands.

Judd I've seen publishers accounts being reinstated after they had received that email of "no further correspondence".

Just be polite with them & explain your point of view in detail. Send them your logs and if possible, check the logs yourself to see if there was any suspicious activity. A little hardwork at this point of time will be fruitful for you in the future.

Isn't it possible to sue google for banning you when you did nothing wrong? I mean, yes, they have the right to stop working with you at any time. But the reason they give is incorrect, which should be actionable.

The TOS that we all agreed to says:

Google may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate all or part of the Program, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate the participation of any Site in all or part of the Program for any reason.

That doesn't leave much room for anything actionable, IMHO ;) .

If they didn't accuse you of fraud and just exercised a ban with no reason, maybe they'd be protected.

But in my opinion, citing fraud leaves them wide open.

I'm sure there is some attorney that will want to talk class action suit eventually and slay the giant.

I hope not - it won't slay Google and will just be silly. I hope it is a more satisfactory slaying by market factors and people voting by taking AdSense off their sites - that will impact Google to some degree. I still think Google is at the same place AOL was at its height of success - which mean it is going to be an ugly downward spiral for Google...

I wonder if Google even cares about fairly small-time users. The ones who make (for themselves) $25 or less a day. I know it adds up, but does it really add up to much?

Google will, like any business, be loyal to the money. So where is the money? They clearly don't have a very good system for figuring out 'invalid clicks' and are very dismissive of webmaster's appeals.

I wonder how much they really care? Do you think they are worried about YPN or others? If AdSense gets a bad name, would it affect Google much?

    Sorry guy...

I have a cunning plan: why don't you make $500 a day from adsense? Then Google [watchdogs] must think twice before acting something stupid.

Oh why not $1000 a day? I think you'll be invincible!

Just curious, since no one asked but did you have extremely high CTR% ie 20%-30% etc.

Any bought traffic. Autosurf or even live visitors etc.

And how was your placement? Any "Please support us yada yada yada"?

Did you participate on Revenue Sharing here on DP?

I am sure we would all like to know even though you are using other CPCs now. Hope the Clicksor and YPN work out OK for you.

No purchased traffic, no auto surf, normal CTR, Ad placement did not violate TOS, and i did participate in Revenue Sharing on DP.

I think we see a pattern here on Revenue Sharing on DP. Not saying it is definate but possibly that. Do you click ads here on DP or happened to here and there, just in general, not saying looking for yours specifically?

Also I don't believe nobody knows 100% sure if revenue sharing is within TOS? Correct me if I'm wrong anybody if there is rock solid proof???
