    I'm looking for some SEO to build 15 comments on blogs for me. Details:
    5x PR4 comments
    10x PR3 comments
    The PR is the PR of the comment page, not the home page!
    Sites where my comments appear must have less than 35 outgoing links (check it with SeoQuake).
    I only pay for approved comments.

    My budget is 10USD.

    $0.66 is quite okay for one comment that takes 30 seconds to post (if you're using a list).
    I won't pay more than $10.
