Might be a stupid noob question, but is there a tool where you can know the keywords that are most searched on the net. I don't mean typing a word and seeing how many results, KEI,ratio,...etc.. , but a page or tool that lists the most searched keywords.
not really a tool to list the most searched but... you can try http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ or http://buzz.yahoo.com/
I think he's talking about most searched keyword phrases hands down, not looking at how many times keyword phrases are being queried. Is that right? If so that'd be interesting to know.
If you want to know the highest paying keywords, check out this site: http://www.cwire.org/highest-paying-search-terms/ Perhaps that is what he is looking for.
www.dontdelete.com/ has a nice list of the too 500 from the AOL losers, I mean users!!! Here's a link to my UltimateSuggest.com site showing the top (Google)suggested keywords for every letter in the alphabet. ED
Go to wordtracker.com There you will be able to get a list of the top 1000 searched phrases. I will also add that wordtracker is a fantastic service. You might want to consider buying a trial for a couple of dollars to see if you like it or not, but if you put in a bit of effort it can really pay off. PS: Sex words get the most traffic.
I would suggest http://www.1stposition.net/ But I am a noob myself! This is what I felt suitable. -Aditya
Wordtracker is the best one for the top 200 or 300 keywords (I think) - they also have top keywords used over the past 48 hours. There are links and I found a website that still offers these keywords for free. (I must find the website and post it - if you can't find this). Don't go for the paid version yet. Most of the top keywords are the one's you would expect eg. facebook, google, ebay etc. But it is great to know what the top trending keywords are. You also get your top seasonal keywords like eg in October you will get Halloween etc.
I use google trends when looking for the most searched term or keyword (real time). Google's auto-suggest is another option too.
