Best Software for Flash Websites?

I have a page that I am working on that I would like to make a flash version instead for a cleaner look. I have been developing in PHP for a while now and never really got into flash but I am starting to get alot of projects that will require it.

The page that I currently am working on is an interactive kitchen found at:
    http://r-anell-modular-homes.com/clickable-kitchen1.php

when you click on areas of the kitchen you get a popup with more information.

What i'm looking for is a easy flash software to do this that will be good for a flash newbie to learn with as well. Price is not a problem although it needs to have a trial for me to be able to get it approved by the powers that be.

    Thank you in advance :)

Well, the best software for flash would be Adobe Flash CS4. It is expensive but well worth it. I currently have cs3 and i can probably predict cs4 is tons better then an already made success.

I will try it but I was looking for something that I would be able to show employees to use as well that would not take alot of time for them to learn. I will download CS4 and see if I c an make it do what I need for now but in the short term I am looking for something very easy. Drag and drop flash program would be ideal as long as it will do the kitchen in the link above.

Thank you for your reply although it won't do what I need it to. Please refer to the link in the first post of this thread. I need to be able to recreate that clickable kitchen in flash.

flash is quite easy to learn... it get's difficult when you use advanced actionscripting , but the basics are easy to learn

Ok assuming that CS4 is the best to use for flash, does anyone know of any tutorials to get the project mentioned above done using CS4?
