For sale is one of the very popular websites in the social bookmarking niche with a very nice design and some custom features.

All the content is posted by users. The users can submit bookmarks based on a credit system.
    - They get 5 credits on registration and more credits for each kind of activity on the site.
    - They get the most credits by posting our site on twitter. This is one of the traffic increase factors. See http://www.google.com/#q=site%3Atwitter.com+"kapely.net".
    - They spend 1 credit for posting one bookmark.
    - They spend 3 credits for posting a comment containing a link (this was implemented in order to reduce the spam comments).

The database has 27,853 bookmarks and 15,032 registered users. The site gets around 75~85 new members daily and around 200~250 new bookmarks daily.

    Traffic (Awstats):
15,000 visits/month (the average this month is 545/day)
    150,000 pageviews/month

    Traffic (Analytics):
    7,858 visits
    49,759 pageviews

    Alexa rank: 28,177

    Revenue:
The site is not monetized because I have many sites and I spend the most of my time doing web design and programming work. I don't like sellers saying about "huge potential" or "easily make $xxx/month", so I won't say it :p. It's up to the new owner to find the best monetization methods and to get the best from this.

it looks like it has potential but just the numbers alone look to me like it was bought traffic. especially because of where the majority of the traffic comes from.

I agree, 4% from search engines seems far too low, what is the 75% direct?

Anyone who ever had a social bookmaking site can confirm that the most traffic comes from returning visitors. These visitors are webmasters who bookmark the new posts/pages of theirs sites in order to get indexed and ranked high by search engines. Once they find the site, they come back every few days to submit new URLs.

I've bought the domain name on 2009 summer. For some unknown reason, the site hasn't been indexed by Google until about a month ago when I have asked them to review the site (via Google webmaster Tools) and I have submitted a sitemap. At this moment, the number of indexed pages is increasing daily and the search engine traffic is increasing too (last few days was over 6.5%; I can post screenshot if needed).

I have a few messages and offers by PM, I'm going to reply right now.
