True. When I update my site every morning I reload my pages at least 100 times daily. I've never been banned. Google understands that a publisher has to update their site.

if you are sure that you are banned and you didnt know the reason that maybe there is the reason not for invalid clicks. they usually bann sites for so much duplicate content too, check if this is the case in your site too?

I have NEVER clicked on my own ads or asked people to.

 

"Invalid Clicks" can mean a lot of things. Did you recently buy traffic from less than reputable sources? Link exchanges, etc? Did you recently get a big boost of traffic, either from something you did, or someone linked to you?

 

nope, no increase in traffic or anything, no extra boost in clicks, nothing, just same as always.
