Hello i need a hosting to host my site, with over 99% uptime.

I need unlimited bandwidth (or around 300gb) and around 5gb space.

But, i dont want to face problems like i had with me previous host. Well, the previous host suspended my account because he said it was using a lot of CPU (6-7%).
My database is around 400mb and i would like cpanel.
I am willing to pay as much as you say, but please make sure my site will be running fast and not suspend it because of too much cpu usage. Thanks

If budget is not an issue then I will recommend you to choose VPS. They are cheap now days and since you will be using whole resources so you won't be suspended for even using 100% of CPU resource.

Pushing 300Gb of transfer on shared hosting is a little much depending on what type of site you're trying to run (static vs. dynamic). I would also suggest a VPS as stated by adityastar :)

Out of curiosity: what is the limit? I think you do not have unlimited budget....

If you are ready to pay as much as billed, try a managed vps hosting.

While this may be the preference, you will most likely run into the same issues with CPU resource usage over time with another shared account. I know it says you are willing to pay, but do you have an estimated budget?

    Hello.

Like with the offer I made you, some hosts offer to take care of everything setup wise.

Your experience would be no different than with a shared host except in that you would be able to use far more resources, and you would have more control.

I urge you to reconsider, as a VPS is most likely the best option for you.

By the way, bear in mind that we DO guarantee 100% uptime.

    DO NOT USE WEBOUTLOUD!!!
This company promised me that they would never format my machine without first calling and talking to me.
When I signed up for their server they assured me they had a note on my account stating such, this is why I went with them due to a huge screw up from my last host I'd been with for several years that ended up causing my machine to be formatted.

Now today I wake up to find my machine is now formatted, never got a phone call.
My payment was 5 days late, I had some issues with the credit card tied to my paypal account which is the only payment method they accept, and they don't want any paypal echecks as I was told last month. Since it was a holiday weekend I waited until the banks were open today to get it fixed and make my payment. Now payment is made, I get an email saying sorry but you were a few days late so we formatted the machine, sorry bout your luck, even though they were supposed to call me if they were going to do this which they never did. On top of that they tell me that they're keeping my $208 payment I made today to pay for the server I used and didn't pay for lol, $208 for 5 days of service? REALLY?!?

This company promises a lot and delivers little, they lie to get your business then leave you hangin and wipe out all of your data.
So now I have down time which means loss of income until I get a new server up and running somewhere else, any work I did recently that hadn't been backed up yet is gone forever.
Horrible company in my opinion, stay far away from them.

    **NOTE**
I received an apology from Chris today and my payment for June was refunded.
However my databases and files are still gone, if they can recover those I'll change my review but unfortunately I'm guessing that will be impossible to do from a formatted machine.
