Selling 2x PR 5 Blogs Earning approx $1000 per Month Together for Just 4K

This is a re-list as both sites have to go in order to make way for me newest adventure.

This pair of P5 sites are happily generating approx 1000$ a month with no great effort. Im really selling because I need to pay for new project. The site has a lot of customers, one of which is a German customer who is buying this service to enhance his own site at approx 400$ PER MONTH. ( 300 EUROs )

The price for these 2 PR 5 Blogs will be just 4k. The sale will include a 3rd site which is also PR 4 and combined, these sites could do far better than I have been. I have only myself to blame for this so this is why I m selling them. Why so cheap?...I dont think its cheap and the price is based on 3 months revenue which should be realistic.
