How about creating a good site based upon content of which you are knowledgeable and which is unique and of benefit to some sector of web surfers. Get some good traffic to it and then apply to Adsense using that website. Shouldn't be any problem if you follow those steps.

Here is a surefire system to get an Adsense account. It works. No need to give me any money. 1. Create a very narrow niche blog in blogger. For example Cannon camera. Extremely narrow niche 2. Get a keyword rich domain (for $10 only) and use it for your blogger's site. 3. Do a keyword research and collect 20 long tail keywords (3 words or more) 4. Scour the web to get 20 articles on your niche. 5. Using the 20 articles, create your original 20 articles that use the long tail keywords in the tile and the first paragraph only. 6. Now post one article every other day in your blog (e.g. Sunday,Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday,Monday, etc.) 7. Submit your blog posts to social book marking and news popularity sites. 8. Create another 10 articles from those 20 articles and submit them to Hubpages, Squiddo, ezine articles directory. Why do you need "help" getting an adsense account? Just apply on http://adsense.google.com and likely as not they will approve you. Though you need a site, but why would you want adsense if you don't have a site
