Buying AdSense Sites earning $1-10/month

As the title suggests, I am looking to buy websites earning $1-10/month (Adsense preferred but would consider others. Websites earning more may also be considered, but this range is mostly what I'm after.

I am only looking for websites that already have traffic and revenue. I am not looking to market a website, do SEO work, or pay 80x your monthly revenue because you feel the site has potential for growth. I'm not interested in building up a new website and am looking for sites with absolute minimal/no work required.

If you have a site, it has traffic, it makes a little money, and you need a lump sum of cash in your PayPal account now rather than a few dollars a month in your AdSense account, then I am looking for you. If your site does not have proven income/traffic for at least 3+ months then I am NOT interested.

If you PM me, please don't ask me to make a blind offer for your website. I will pay x-xx times your monthly revenue, to be discussed in a civilized conversation and not "here's my site make me an offer" ninja PM style.

As stated I will pay x-xx times your monthly website revenue, which ideally should be $1-10, thus making my budget somewhere between $1-10x an agreed upon number of months revenue :-P
