Sending limit problem for new paypal account

I opened a new US paypal account on feb 23 this year after that i tried to send some amt to my client but it failed then its showing my sending limit is 0.00$ is it nature for new accounts or will it be lifted next month? i mean will paypal grant me the sending limit of 500.00 next month from the date of account created.Pls help me i had some bucks in it.

 

You need to add your credit card or a vcc

 

I can do that by using vcc but the problem is now i cant send anything to buy through that account?So wht to do?

as far as I know,if you open a US paypal account,Then you are you sending limit is zero.. If you want to buy something, you must add your bank account first

 

Then ive to forget those 50$ shit.

 

Well to uplift your limit you need to verify your account, and to verify your US PayPal account you need to add your bank account to get it verified.
