    yaa its very banister for site blog submission is one type of your site sub domain and you get easily ranking also traffic and daily update your site info or news. Also you post your RSS on RSS directory.

    Yes Blog submission is better for Site Promotion But you will have to update your blog with extra news in 3-4 days.

    i think it's almost the same. the only difference it that in blog submission you regularly update your blogpost.

    Blog promotion need's some extra work such as updating your blog regularly. The good thing is you will get indexed soon and can drive more traffic using social media. The better way is host your blog with your main domain like http://www.example.com/blog so you can drive more traffic to your main site through your blog.
